Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Oversee in house CGI department and Design/develop a strong project pipeline.
• Hands-on troubleshooting; proactively design effective solutions for potential problems.
• Share, develop and implement relevant graphics processes, techniques and methodologies for an efficient production pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to conceptualize, design and execute high quality animation.

Requirements:
• Must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Command a broad knowledge of technologies (particle systems, rigging, image manipulation tools, scripting languages, 3D API, and shader systems) and capable of working on both 2D and 3D software packages.
• Strong understanding of Pre-production
• Experienced in designing and building a CG pipeline and responsible for quality project delivery on time.
• Demonstrate process orientation and problem solving skills, analytical ability, and customer service orientation.
