This tutorial tells you how to create a Torch light effect masking in Adobe flash.
Steps for Torch Light Masking Effect
1) Create a Mask.
2) Add a Layer
3) In that Layer, draw a yellow colored rectangle across the whole stage.
4) Rearrange the position of Layers as shown in the image below:
